Event Background
Since its initial evaluation in early 2011, the "Top 100 Honest Dealers Selection for Surveying, Mapping and Geospatial Information Equipment Industry" has been held consecutively for 15 editions and has gradually become one of the flagship events at the CHINTERGEO Exhibition.
From its inception, this evaluation initiative has consistently aimed to promote positive energy within the industry, encourage enterprises to operate with integrity, compete fairly, respect each other, and develop collaboratively, thereby fostering a green and healthy industrial ecosystem. As the event's influence and appeal continue to grow, manufacturers and distributors alike place increasing importance on the title of "Top 100 Honest Dealer." More and more dealers now take pride in being recognized as "Top 100 Honest," and the award is widely acknowledged by numerous tendering and bidding agencies, serving as a scoring factor in procurement tenders for surveying and geospatial hardware products—clearly reflecting the industry’s credibility and self-discipline. No fees are charged for participation in this selection process.
Since 2017, an expert review panel composed of renowned industry entrepreneurs (see Attachment 1) has been established to rigorously evaluate shortlisted companies, selecting the annual "Top 100 Honest Dealers in the Surveying, Mapping and Geospatial Information Equipment Industry" and issuing official certificates, thus enhancing the award’s credibility and authority.
In recent years, as the exhibition continues to expand in scale and attract more exhibitors, the number of dealers recommended by manufacturers has surged significantly. To further promote ethical business practices and adapt to the evolving market dynamics of the new era, the details of this year’s selection are as follows:
I. Event Overview
1. Timeline:
- Recommendation period: August 3 – August 14, 2026
- Submission of materials by shortlisted companies: August 17 – September 20, 2026
- Honest Dealer Evaluation Period: September 21 – September 24, 2026
- Top 100 Final Selection: September 25 – September 29, 2026
2. Awards:
- "Annual Top 100 Honest Dealers": 100 winners
- "Annual Honest Dealers": 100 winners
3. Process:
- Surveying and geospatial information equipment manufacturers provide integrity guarantees and recommend eligible dealers.
- Participating dealers complete and submit application forms.
- Applications undergo preliminary review by the CHINTERGEO Exhibition Organizing Committee and are forwarded to the expert review panel for assessment.
- The final list of shortlisted candidates will be publicly announced on the official website, subject to industry-wide oversight.
- The Top 100 Honest Dealers will be determined based on financial audit reports or financial statement figures, ranking the top 100.
4. Participating entities must actively cooperate and submit required documentation within the designated timeframe.
5. Participating companies are encouraged to actively engage in all exhibition activities and invite colleagues from the industry to visit the exhibition.
6. Participating companies must attend the dealer closed-door meeting.
7. The organizing committee will also invite numerous public media outlets to extensively promote participating companies, truly aligning with market demands and creating a collective effect of industry solidarity and joint promotion.
II. Eligibility Criteria
1. Operate with integrity and have no history of unethical sales practices;
2. Achieve leading sales volume (or revenue) among the brands they represent;
3. Company establishment date: prior to January 1, 2023;
4. Register company information via the “Geospatial Equipment Industry Exchange Platform” mini-program (Note: A registration fee of 500 RMB is required, which is mandatory for participation but unrelated to the final outcome);
5. Invite fellow professionals in the surveying field to visit the “CHINTERGEO 2026 Surveying Exhibition”;
6. Complete online registration for CHINTERGEO 2026 Surveying Exhibition;
7. Actively forward relevant event announcements to broaden awareness and impact during the promotional period.
Share at least five promotional posts and key announcements designated by the organizing committee, including but not limited to WeChat official accounts, H5 scenes, and images;
8. The legal representative (or general manager) of each annual Top 100 award-winning organization must attend the award ceremony held concurrently with CHINTERGEO2026 (exact time to be announced separately), collect the award plaque in person, and may not have it collected by a proxy. Award-winning organizations for the Annual Honest Distributor will collect their plaques on the afternoon of the second day of the exhibition at the designated collection point within the exhibition venue.
III. Recognition and Promotion Methods
(1) Annual Top 100 Honest Distributors:
1. A dedicated display area for the Top 100 Honest Distributors will be set up during the exhibition.
2. An award ceremony will be held during the exhibition, where representatives from leading enterprises in the surveying and geospatial information industry present awards to the "Annual Top 100 Honest Distributors."
3. Free participation in seminars held concurrently with the exhibition.
4. Free attendance at the appreciation event hosted alongside CHINTERGEO (limited to two participants), during which awards will be presented.
5. Free participation in other promotional events organized by the organizing committee.
6. Complimentary hotel accommodation during the exhibition period (for non-host city companies: one room for two nights—December 12th and 13th).
7. Company information will be published free of charge in the exhibition catalog.
8. Company information will be simultaneously published free of charge on the official exhibition website and official WeChat account.
9. Company name will be included in the industry distributor recommendation directory (print version).
10. Free participation in the closed-door distributors’ meeting held concurrently at the exhibition site.
(2) Annual Honest Distributors:
1. An award ceremony will be held during the exhibition, and the "Annual Honest Distributor" bronze plaque certificate will be presented at the new product launch event.
2. Free participation in seminars held concurrently with the exhibition.
3. Free participation in other promotional events organized by the organizing committee.
4. Company information will be published free of charge in the exhibition catalog.
5. Company information will be synchronized and published on the official exhibition website and official WeChat account.
6. Company name will be included in the industry distributor recommendation directory (print version).
7. Free participation in the closed-door distributors’ meeting held concurrently at the exhibition site.
