Fee Schedule

Standard booth: 3m * 3m * 2.5m;

Fee: ¥9,500.00 (single opening)

¥11,500.00 (double opening)

Luxury plus standard booth: 3m * 3m * 3.2m;

Fee: ¥13,500.00

Special exhibition booth: ¥55,000 per 36㎡;

¥65,000 per 54㎡;

(Designed and set up by the exhibitor themselves)

Fee: ¥6,500.00 (single opening)

¥9,500.00 (double opening)

Luxury plus standard booth: 3m * 3m * 3.2m;

Fee: ¥11,500.00

Registration process

Step ①: Fill out the attachment Ⅰ "CHINTERGEO 2026 China Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Equipment Exhibition Pre-Registration Return Form" and send it back to the organizing committee.

Step ②: Call the organizing committee to confirm whether the return form has been successfully received.

Step ③: Within 5 working days after the return form is sent back successfully, please remit 50% of the booth fee to the designated account of the organizing committee as a deposit and send the remittance voucher to the email caozhen@bqmeeting.com/wangzikuo@bqmeeting.com. If the payment is overdue, the organizing committee will consider it as an automatic withdrawal.

Step ④: After completing the above steps, the organizing committee will confirm by email whether the pre-registration is successful.

Note: The location of the special exhibition booth is determined by lottery. The lottery date will be notified by phone separately.

Other matters

(1) Registration instructions

1. After completing the above registration process, the enterprise can be regarded as having successfully pre-registered.

2. The ranking result of the standard booth is based on the time of successful pre-registration and the number of booths.

3. Please fill in the return form carefully and confirm the information is detailed.

4. If the exhibitor withdraws due to their own reasons after successful pre-registration, the deposit will not be refunded.

(2) Registration period

April 23, 2026 - May 15, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. every working day
